Yarraville Residence is a thoughtful kitchen renovation led by Alte Studio. It transforms an existing layout into a more open, functional and inviting space for everyday living and entertaining.
Working within the constraints of the original footprint, the design reimagines the kitchen without major structural changes. It demonstrates how considered planning and material selection can elevate a space. The result is a layout that feels more connected, allowing improved flow between cooking, dining and social areas.
A soft, cohesive palette defines the interior. Muted green joinery, light stone surfaces and natural timber accents create a calm and welcoming environment. Subtle detailing and clean lines enhance the sense of openness while maintaining a refined, contemporary aesthetic.
The Roller Pendant with a custom finish aligns with the material palette, introducing a warm, linear element above the island. Its minimal form compliments the simplicity of the space. Soft, directional light supports both task use and ambient atmosphere.
