Fluxwood x Tint Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoters are Fluxwood Lighting Pty Ltd (ABN 25 626 110 816), located in Currumbin, Queensland, Australia & Tint Pant, located in Fitzroy, Victoria, Australia.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Fluxwood Lighting, Tint Paint, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

3. Giveaway Period

Entries open at 19/11/25 9am AEST and close at 01/12/25 10am AEST.
Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

1. Follow @fluxwood_lighting and @tint.paint on Instagram
2. Like the giveaway post
3. Tag someone and comment their favourite Tint colour

Bonus Entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag both @fluxwood_lighting and @tint.paint.
Multiple valid entries are permitted.

5. Prize Details

Prize: One (1) Fluxwood Silo Sconce, custom handcrafted and finished in the winner’s choice of any Tint Paint colour

• Approximate Value: AUD $1150
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
• Electrical installation is not included
• The winner will be chosen at random by Fluxwood Lighting.
• The winner will be announced via Fluxwood Lighting’s Instagram Story on 01/12/25 and contacted directly via Instagram DM.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

7. Prize Delivery

The Silo Sconce will be custom made to order and delivered to the winner’s nominated Australian address within Fluxwood’s standard lead time (approximately 6–8 weeks from order confirmation).

By entering, participants release Instagram of all responsibility.
