Featuring the Tenn Linear Pendant
“Hamptons by Rose continues the Rose tradition of coastal-inspired architecture, with timeless interior designs inspired by the colours and textures of the Northern Beaches coastal fringe. Each apartment has been designed with a focus on natural materials, soft tonal palettes and refined finishes, a contemporary interpretation of the classic Hamptons aesthetic.”
Timber Selections and Finishes
To compliment these beautifully considered interiors, our Tenn Linear Pendant was selected as the optional upgrade for all kitchen island feature pendants. A total of 43 pendants were installed across the development in two timber finishes, offering a tailored lighting solution that enhances the project’s cohesive coastal look.
The primary timber finish chosen was Tasmanian Oak, selected for its light tone and subtle grain that pair effortlessly with the Polytec cabinetry, timber ceilings and floorboards. Its warmth and natural variation bring texture and character to each kitchen, reflecting the beauty of Australian timbers within a modern setting.
For apartments featuring darker interior palettes, several Tenn Linear Pendants were custom stained in a rich grey tone, perfectly matching alternative joinery finishes to maintain a unified aesthetic throughout.
Each pendant was completed with white cable and trim detailing, creating a minimal and timeless look that allows the timber craftsmanship to remain the focal point. This understated element compliments the light, open feel of the kitchens, enhancing the refined simplicity of the space.

Designed and handcrafted in our Gold Coast workshop, the Tenn Linear Pendant reflects Fluxwood Lighting’s dedication to Australian-made design, sustainable materials and exceptional craftsmanship. Its versatility and warmth make it an ideal choice for Hamptons inspired kitchens, coastal homes and contemporary Australian interiors alike.
