Hamptons by Rose is a large-scale residential development located in Sydney’s Northern Beaches. It presents a contemporary interpretation of classic Hamptons-style living.
Positioned to capture ocean views and coastal light, the project draws on the colours and textures of its surroundings. Sandy neutrals and soft stone tones create interiors that feel both timeless and connected to place.
A strong focus on materiality and consistency defines the interior approach across the development. Natural timbers, refined finishes and soft tonal palettes work together to create cohesive, welcoming spaces that balance elegance with everyday liveability.
The Tenn Pendant acts as the primary kitchen island lighting feature, with over 40 pendants installed throughout the project. Timber finishes align with each apartment’s palette, ranging from lighter tones that compliment cabinetry and flooring to custom variations for darker interiors. This creates a cohesive and tailored result across the development.
Suspended linearly above kitchen islands, the Tenn Pendant introduces a refined architectural element while providing soft, directional light for both task and ambient use. Its minimal form allows the natural timber to remain the focal point, enhancing the calm, coastal aesthetic of the interiors.
