HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

ONLINE:

Browse our lighting collection here. On the product page, select the specifications you prefer and click Add to Cart. Click on View Cart you will be transferred to the checkout page. Purchases through our website will require either a full payment or a 30% deposit payment, via a secure credit card checkout. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer please call us on 0449 760 850 or e-mail us at sales@fluxwoodlighting.com and we will get back in touch with you to assist.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A DEPOSIT?

Yes! We can accept a 30% deposit to confirm an order. The balance payment will need to be paid before your pendant is dispatched. If you would like to order with a deposit please choose this option at the checkout page. If you would prefer to place an order directly please e-mail us at sales@fluxwoodlighting.com and we will go through your order details with you. We will then email you an order confirmation and invoice and you can pay via direct debit.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Within Australia – We offer free freight within Australia.
Everywhere Else – For international shipping please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship Worldwide. If you are concerned about delivery to your location or would like more information before making your purchase, please give us a call or send us an email through our online form here. We are always happy to help with your shipping enquiries.
