Coorparoo Residence is a considered renovation of a character home, where a traditional façade connects seamlessly to a contemporary extension for modern living.
The reconfigured layout opens the home to light and airflow. Large glazed openings and sliding doors create a strong connection between the interiors and surrounding gardens. The result is a series of spaces that feel open, relaxed and connected to their environment.
The interior palette draws from the landscape, combining soft greens, warm neutrals and textured finishes with natural timber elements. Layered furnishings, curated artwork and sculptural forms add depth and personality. Together, they create a home that feels both refined and lived-in.
The Tenn Up Pendant in American Oak with a black finish compliments this palette, introducing a balance of warmth and contrast. Its linear form provides a subtle architectural presence. Soft, directional light supports the relaxed, ambient quality of the space.
