Coorabell Springs is a contemporary residence designed to sit lightly within the rolling landscape of the Byron Bay hinterland. Inspired by modernist principles, the home embraces simplicity, proportion and a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
Positioned beside a spring-fed dam, the design creates a seamless relationship between architecture and landscape. Expansive glazing, generous covered outdoor spaces and carefully considered orientation invite natural light, cooling breezes and uninterrupted views throughout the home. Passive design principles and a restrained architectural language ensure the residence feels timeless, comfortable and deeply connected to place.
A refined palette of polished concrete, timber and dark external cladding creates warmth and visual depth while allowing the surrounding landscape to remain the focus. Natural textures and clean lines work together to create interiors that feel calm, balanced and enduring.
The Talli Pendant in Blackwood complements this material palette, introducing the warmth of Australian timber above the kitchen island. Its sculptural form provides a refined architectural feature while delivering soft, directional light that enhances both everyday functionality and the relaxed atmosphere of the home.
